COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. has announced a delay in the dispatch of a circular originally scheduled for 27 September 2024, now postponed to on or before 9 October 2024. The circular pertains to details of shipbuilding and vessel leasing transactions, including proposed annual caps, and the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 24 October 2024. Shareholders must register transfers by 18 October to be eligible to vote at the EGM.
