COSCIENS Biopharma Inc., formerly known as Aeterna Zentaris Inc., has officially changed its name and will trade under a new ticker symbol ‘CSCI’ on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ as of August 9, 2024. The company’s shareholders have approved the name change, and it will take place without affecting the capitalization or requiring any action from current shareholders or warrantholders.
