Cosan S.A. (CSAN) has released an update.
Cosan S.A. has announced that its 2023 Financial Statements audit, conducted by BDO RCS Auditores Independentes SS Ltda., will be delayed beyond the prescribed timeframe due to the recent start of BDO’s engagement and the complexity of auditing multiple entities, some of which are abroad. In the interim, unaudited financial information will be released on March 27, 2024, followed by a public conference call the next day, with no significant changes expected. The company is working diligently to complete the audits and will convene an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting to discuss the financial statements and other statutory agendas once finalized.
