Cosa Resources Corp. ( (TSE:COSA) ) has provided an announcement.

Cosa Resources Corp. has begun its winter 2026 drilling campaign at the Darby uranium project in Saskatchewan’s eastern Athabasca Basin, with follow-up drilling at the nearby Murphy Lake North joint venture to commence next. As operator with a 70% interest alongside Denison Mines’ 30% stake, Cosa plans about 2,500 metres of drilling at Darby to test priority targets defined by a 2025 core relogging and reinterpretation program, focusing on zones of sandstone alteration and anomalous uranium near graphitic basement faults. At Murphy Lake North, the company will drill roughly 1,200 metres to follow up encouraging 2025 results along the Cyclone trend, including testing a previously inaccessible 1,200-metre gap beneath a lake and a possible parallel structural trend. The campaign underscores Cosa’s strategy to advance underexplored but highly prospective ground near world-class deposits such as Cameco’s Cigar Lake Mine and IsoEnergy’s Hurricane deposit, potentially enhancing the company’s resource discovery prospects and reinforcing its positioning within the emerging eastern Athabasca uranium corridor.
