Corum Group Limited has disclosed to the ASX that Alexander Richmond Mellis has been appointed as a director of Pharmx Technologies Ltd as of September 6, 2024. The initial director’s interest notice revealed that Mellis currently holds no securities in the company, either as a registered holder or otherwise, and has no interests in any contracts related to the company.
