Corticeira Amorim showcased its Forest Intervention Project at its first Capital Markets Day, highlighting efforts to enhance cork production and biodiversity. The company addressed challenges within its Amorim Cork Flooring unit, implementing a restructuring process to improve performance by merging three business units into Amorim Cork Solutions for greater efficiency and sustainability. The event included demonstrations of cork harvesting and presented new technologies and factories aimed at diversifying the company’s portfolio.
