Coronado Global Resources Inc. has announced that The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG) terminated a deal with Sev.en Global Investments due to unmet regulatory approvals. The collapsed deal was intended for Sev.en Global Investments to acquire EMG’s majority stake in Coronado. Coronado assures that the termination of this agreement will not impact the company’s operations, which span significant coal basins in Australia and the US.
