Coronado Global Resources Inc. Shs Chess Depository Interests Repr 10 Sh ( (AU:CRN) ) has shared an announcement.

Coronado Global Resources Inc. reported its full-year 2025 results, highlighting completion of the Mammoth Underground and Buchanan expansion projects on time and on budget, adding 3 Mtpa of capacity from 2026 and delivering early cash flow during ramp-up. The company cut mining costs by about $165 million, reduced average mining costs per tonne by 9% to $97.5/t, and expects further improvement to $88–96/t as higher volumes from lower-cost assets come through.

Operational performance improved markedly, with record production, four consecutive quarters of sales growth, and the strongest quarterly sales since FY21, while Curragh sustained over 1 Mt per month and Buchanan generated $74 million of Adjusted EBITDA and self-funded its expansion. Coronado also restructured its arrangements with Stanwell, securing a US$265 million ABL facility and a coal prepayment mechanism that bolster liquidity, accelerate its cash flow inflection, and strengthen its capital structure ahead of an anticipated recovery in global steel demand and supportive metallurgical coal pricing from 2026 onward.
