Corem Property Group has crossed the 5 percent threshold for holdings of its own shares after repurchasing 1,210,000 Class B ordinary shares, 1,850 Class D ordinary shares and 2,700 preference shares on 26 March 2026, bringing its total treasury holding to 5.03652 percent of its 1,435,489,446 outstanding shares. The transactions are part of a previously announced share buyback program of up to SEK 150 million running to 23 April 2026, designed to optimize the company’s capital structure, enhance earnings per Class A and B share, and increase net asset value per Class A and B share, underscoring management’s focus on shareholder value and balance-sheet efficiency.

Following the latest purchases, Corem holds 2,913,825 Class A ordinary shares, 69,242,188 Class B ordinary shares, 88,403 Class D ordinary shares and 54,282 preference shares, remaining within the 10 percent cap on treasury holdings set for the program. By tightening its capital base through these buybacks, the company aims to strengthen its financial metrics and signal confidence in its long-term prospects to investors in the Nordic real estate market.
