Corella Resources Ltd ( (AU:CR9) ) just unveiled an update.
Corella Resources reported that it has completed the first phase of a new exploration program at its Bonnie Rock and Earoo projects in Western Australia, carrying out reconnaissance mapping, verification of historical anomalies and targeted surface sampling. At Bonnie Rock, the company collected quartz vein samples to assess silica potential, with assay results pending and to be integrated with historic data to shape follow-up work.
At Earoo, Corella completed geological observations and follow-up soil sampling over previously anomalous areas, with 30 samples now under review to determine whether to advance to first-pass aircore drilling over gravity and VTEM targets. Activity at the Tampu kaolin project remains minimal while the company evaluates options, including improving kaolin-to-HPA processing economics or securing a joint venture partner, decisions that could influence future development pathways and capital allocation across its portfolio.
