Core One Labs Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $1.5 million by selling units at $0.15 each, including common shares and half-warrant rights, with an anticipated initial closing date of April 17, 2024. The proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes, with a four-month resale restriction on the securities issued. An administrative fee will be paid in shares to Amalfi Corporate Services Ltd. for its assistance with the placement, which involves a related party transaction.
