Core One Labs Inc. has announced the extension of its non-brokered private placement by 45 days, now expecting to close the financing around June 28, 2024. The company, known for its involvement in the psychedelics market, focuses on the development of psychedelic medicines and owns several patents related to psilocybin production. Core One also runs four medical clinics, serving over 275,000 patients, where it plans to deploy its psychedelic technologies for treating mental health disorders.
