Cordoba Minerals Streamlines Perseverance Project Deal

Cordoba Minerals (TSE:CDB) has released an update.

Cordoba Minerals Corp. has renegotiated its Joint Venture Agreement with Bell Copper, streamlining their investment into a single phase to acquire an 80% interest in the Perseverance Copper Project in Arizona by 2026 with a C$14.2 million commitment. The company remains optimistic about the project’s potential for a significant copper porphyry system and plans to conduct further exploration and a Typhoon IP-resistivity survey, pending funding and equipment availability.
