Corcel PLC has successfully secured £500,000 through the issuance of 500 million new Ordinary Shares to support ongoing operations and development initiatives in Angola and Brazil. The company faced a setback when two subscribers from previous equity placements failed to fulfill their funding commitments, leading to the cancellation of their share and warrant issuances. Admission of the new shares is anticipated to take place on or around 21 June 2024, increasing the total issued share capital to over 2.45 billion shares.
