Corcel Plc (GB:CRCL) has released an update.
Corcel Plc, an Angolan-focused exploration and production company, has successfully raised £399,750 through the issuance of 79,950,000 Tranche I shares, which includes a significant buy-in from its director, Geraldine Geraldo. The firm expects to receive the remaining £400,000 of Tranche I and £500,000 of Tranche II funds shortly, and will update shareholders upon completion. After the admission of Tranche I shares to AIM expected on 14 May 2024, the company’s total share capital and voting rights will amount to 1,954,744,153 Ordinary Shares.
