Corazon Mining Limited has reported encouraging results from their initial drilling program at the May Queen porphyry target within New South Wales’ Mt Gilmore Project, signaling potential for a large-scale porphyry copper-gold deposit. The two-hole, 798-metre drilling campaign confirmed the presence of mineralised porphyritic rocks and alteration, with copper sulphides such as bornite and chalcopyrite identified. The company is considering further exploration, including comprehensive geophysical coverage to better define future drill targets.
