Copperleaf Technologies Inc. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of the company by Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS) for $12.00 per share, in a cash-only deal. The approval, which required a two-thirds majority, was nearly unanimous with 98.74% in favor. The completion of this arrangement is expected in the third quarter of 2024, pending standard regulatory and court approvals.
