Copperleaf Technologies Inc., a company specializing in enterprise decision analytics for critical infrastructure management, has received final court approval for its acquisition by IFS, a global enterprise software provider. The completion of the acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is expected in the coming weeks and follows the favorable vote by Copperleaf shareholders.
