CopperEx Resources Corporation, primarily engaged in copper and gold exploration in Chile and Peru, has appointed Tom Yip as a new director, leveraging his 30 years of industry experience in financial management. Yip’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions and South American business is expected to strategically advance the company. Furthermore, the company has granted over 1.1 million options to its team, vesting over 18 months, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
