Copper Road Resources Inc. has announced a shares for debt transaction to settle over $190,000 in professional service fees through the issuance of approximately 3.8 million common shares valued at $0.05 each. The transaction is pending regulatory approval and the newly issued shares will be temporarily restricted from trading. Copper Road, a Canadian exploration company focused on copper/gold deposits, is actively developing its large-scale Batchewana Bay Project in Ontario.
