Copper Road Resources Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $120,000 through the issuance of 6 million shares to finance exploration activities at the Mount Jamie property and for general corporate purposes. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, saw participation from company insiders, conducted under exemptions from certain valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements.
