Copper Road Resources Inc. has successfully sold its Copper Road Project in Batchewana Bay, Ontario, to Sterling Metals Corp., resulting in a cash payment and share distribution to Copper Road shareholders. The deal provides Copper Road with a continued stake in the project, and the company now shifts its focus to the Mount Jamie North Property. Shareholders of Copper Road will receive shares in Sterling as part of the transaction, with distribution completion expected by May 20, 2024.
