Stone Gold Inc. ( (TSE:CRD) ) has issued an announcement.
Copper Road Resources has outlined the terms of four option agreements giving it the right to earn a 100% interest in the Ben Nevis Project in northeastern Ontario, covering 174 mining cell claims and 13 patented claims over roughly 10,232 hectares. The company has already made initial payments of $37,500 in cash and 2,250,000 common shares and detailed a remaining schedule of up to $385,000 in cash and 6,950,000 shares over three years, part of which may be settled in equity. Copper Road plans to fund exploration at Ben Nevis using approximately $1.08 million raised in a recent financing comprised of common share and flow-through units, while also correcting previous disclosure to reflect a slightly lower number of flow-through units issued and an increase to 2,000,000 stock options granted to consultants on a two-year term at $0.05 per share, half of which are milestone-based. The company further clarified that these consultants will not perform investor relations activities and confirmed all prior investor relations agreements have been terminated, underscoring a tighter focus on exploration execution and regulatory compliance as it advances its Ontario project portfolio.
