Copper Road Resources Inc. has increased its private placement offering from 5 million to 6 million common shares, aiming to raise up to $120,000 for exploration and general capital. The offering is expected to close by September 5, 2024, pending all necessary regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange.
