Copper Road shareholders have approved the sale of their Copper Road Project to Sterling Metals Corp., with over 90% in favor. As part of the deal, shareholders will receive a distribution of Sterling shares on a pro rata basis. Trading of Copper Road shares will be halted until the dividend payment date following the transaction’s close on May 10, 2024.
