Copper Fox Metals Inc. has announced a plan to raise $1 million through a non-brokered private placement at $0.22 per unit, with each unit comprising a common share and a half warrant. The warrants will allow holders to buy additional shares at escalating prices over a two-year period, with an acceleration clause based on the share price performance.
