Companhia Paranaense de Energia – COPEL has announced its continued partnership with BTG Pactual to act as a market maker, enhancing the liquidity of the company’s common and preferred shares on the B3 exchange. The agreement, effective for twelve months with the possibility of extension up to sixty months, does not involve any contract for the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities by the market maker. COPEL, which plays a significant role in the generation, transmission, distribution, and trading of energy, has a substantial number of shares in circulation.
