With extensive experience in financial leadership within the company and previous roles at Owens Corning, Nudd’s promotion reflects her strong background in global internal audit, compliance, financial reporting, and analysis. Accompanying her new position, she receives a salary increase and enhanced annual and long-term incentive targets, underscoring the company’s confidence in her abilities to contribute to its financial management and strategy.
