With an impressive background including over 17 years in the finance industry and a comprehensive understanding of both China and Hong Kong markets, Ms. Liu is set to contribute her extensive expertise in market analysis and investment opportunities. Her appointment is part of a three-year service agreement, and she currently holds 200,000 shares of the company.
