Top executives at The Conygar Investment Company PLC have increased their stake in the company, with Non-Executive Chairman Nigel Hamway and Chief Executive Robert Ware purchasing 20,000 and 29,050 shares respectively. The transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 79.7 pence per share, elevate their total holdings to 2.14% and 8.14% of the company’s issued share capital.
