Convatec Group Plc has announced that Brian May has transitioned from being a non-executive director of Ferguson plc to serving as a director for its new ultimate parent company, Ferguson Enterprises Inc., following a corporate reorganization. Ferguson Enterprises Inc. now holds a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange. This change is in line with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R and reflects Convatec’s ongoing commitment to its role in the global medical products and technologies sector.
