Control Bionics Ltd. has successfully completed a rights issue, raising $1.59 million to bolster the company’s financial position and ensure funding into FY26. The capital raised will aid in achieving business objectives and support the growth of the company, which specializes in medical devices for communication and mobility assistance for patients with conditions like MND and ALS. The rights issue results in a total of 219,225,265 shares on issue, with the potential placement of the remaining shortfall within three months.
