Control Bionics Ltd. Director, Robert Heard, has increased his indirect stake in the company through the acquisition of 121,753 ordinary shares, bringing his total holdings to 974,023 shares, valued at $8,522.71. The change, recorded on October 11, 2024, was part of a rights issue share transaction. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
