Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements, the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, and the approval of general mandates for share allotment, repurchase, and issuance. These mandates empower the directors to manage up to 20% additional shares and repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares.
