Contango Holdings Requests Trading Suspension

Contango Holdings Plc (GB:CGO) has released an update.

Contango Holdings Plc, the natural resources company overseeing the lucrative Muchesu coal project in Zimbabwe, has requested a temporary suspension of its shares from the London Stock Exchange. The suspension follows a delay in publishing the company’s Audited Annual Report for the financial period ending May 2024, which is expected to be completed by their newly appointed auditors, Moore Kingston Smith, within October. The company will seek to lift the suspension and resume trading as soon as the audit is finalized and the report published.
