The executive leadership includes Mr. An Meng as Chairman and Professor Zhu Quan, with Dr. Zhang Lihua serving as a Non-executive Director and three others as Independent Non-executive Directors. Each board member’s committee roles have also been outlined, with Ms. Chen Yujun notably participating in all four committees.
