Consun Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Yau Chi Ming as company secretary and his cessation as an authorized representative, effective from 22 August 2024. Mr. Gao Haien, with extensive experience within the Group, has been appointed to fill the vacated roles, ensuring a smooth transition given his qualifications and familiarity with the company’s operations. The board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Yau’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Gao to his new position.
