Constellation Software, along with affiliates Topicus.com and Lumine Group, will hold their annual shareholder meetings on May 15, 2026 in Toronto using a hybrid in-person and webcast format. Topicus will convene at 8:00 a.m. ET, Lumine at 8:15 a.m., and Constellation at 8:30 a.m., with shareholders able to participate either at Delta Hotels Toronto or online via dedicated meeting links.
Shareholders of all three companies will also be able to join a joint question-and-answer session with senior management starting at 9:00 a.m. ET, following the formal Constellation meeting. Investors can submit questions in advance through an online form, with queries to be grouped thematically, underscoring the group’s efforts to enhance shareholder engagement and transparency around strategy and operations.
