Constellation Software Inc. has announced changes in the executive team of its Harris operating group, with Jeff Bender assuming the role of Executive Chairman and Jean Soucy being appointed as the new CEO of the Harris Group. Bender’s focus will be on strategy and complex M&A transactions, while Soucy, previously President of the Harris Public Sector group, will take charge of the group’s overall leadership.
