Constellation Acquisition I Converts Class B Shares

Constellation Acquisition I (CSTAF) has released an update.

On January 30, 2024, the Sponsor converted 7,600,000 Class B Ordinary Shares into Public Shares on a one-to-one basis, forfeiting any claims to funds from the Company’s trust for these shares. These converted shares are subject to the same restrictions outlined in a January 26, 2021, agreement involving the Company, its initial shareholders, directors, officers, and the Sponsor. Following this conversion, the total number of Class A Ordinary Shares outstanding is 9,967,684.
