Conquest Resources Limited successfully conducted its Annual and Special Meeting, re-electing all director nominees and re-appointing Simone & Company as their auditor. Shareholders also ratified the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Conquest, a veteran in mineral exploration since 1945, continues its pursuit of base metals and gold in Ontario with high potential projects like the flagship Belfast-TeckMag Project.
