Connexion Mobility Director’s Holdings Update

Connexion Telematics Limited (AU:CXZ) has released an update.

Connexion Mobility Ltd has announced a significant change in Director Aaryn Nania’s holdings, with the conversion of 3,805,280 performance rights into ordinary fully paid shares, a transaction that leaves Nania with a total of 58,917,460 shares and 7,610,559 performance rights post-change. The adjustment in the director’s interest has been filed with the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, with the securities being held indirectly through the Second Lagoon Trust.
