ConnectM Acquires Green Energy Gains to Expand Electrification Services

ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc., a leader in the electrification economy, has strategically acquired Green Energy Gains Inc., a Massachusetts-based contractor specializing in energy and weatherization assessments. This acquisition, the second since ConnectM’s public listing, is expected to broaden the customer base for ConnectM’s electric heat pumps and leverage Green Energy Gains’ no-cost home energy assessments to drive adoption and facilitate access to various electrification incentives. The synergy between the companies aims to enhance ConnectM’s growth strategy and expand its reach in offering comprehensive home electrification solutions.
