Connected IO Ltd. (AU:CIO) has released an update.
Connected Minerals Limited, previously known as Connected IO Limited, reported a revenue decline of 39.20% for FY2024, with a loss after tax showing an 8.61% improvement from the previous year. The company is undergoing a significant transformation through the acquisition of uranium and gold exploration licenses in Namibia and Western Australia, funded by a capital raise of up to $5.2 million. With shareholder approval, the company is repositioning to become a junior minerals explorer and will resume trading on the ASX under the new name and ticker code ‘CML’.
