Connected IO Ltd., soon to be renamed ‘Connected Minerals Limited’, aims to raise $5.2 million through a combination of an entitlement offer and a placement offer, both priced at $0.20 per share. The funds are expected to support the company in meeting listing rules and to finance additional offers detailed in their prospectus.
