China Finance Investment Holdings Limited (HK:0875) has released an update.
Congyu Intelligent Agricultural Holdings Limited, previously known as China Finance Investment Holdings Limited, has officially changed its name and logo, with the alterations taking effect from 19 June 2024. These changes will not impact the rights of the security holders, and existing security certificates will remain valid. The stock short names for trading on the Stock Exchange will also be updated from 31 July 2024, though the stock code will stay as ‘875’.
