Confidence Intelligence Holdings Limited has announced a change in its board, with Mr. Wong Chun Sek Edmund stepping down as an independent non-executive director and Mr. Chow Kit Ting taking his place. Mr. Chow brings over 17 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and corporate finance, making him a valuable addition to the company. This shift in leadership is set to take effect on December 11, 2024.
