Confidence Intelligence Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Conpak CPA Limited as their new external auditor, effective from September 27, 2024, after the resignation of the previous auditor, Forvis Mazars, due to disagreements over audit fees. The Board, with the endorsement of the Audit Committee, considers Conpak well-equipped and independent to undertake the audit work for the upcoming year, affirming the transition will not significantly impact the Group’s annual audit or financial result releases.
