Condor Resources Inc. has renegotiated the terms of a significant payment with Element79 Gold Corp. regarding the Lucero project. A portion of the March 2024 payment has already been made, with further cash payments and share units to be settled upon the sale of Element79’s Maverick Springs project and at a later date, including additional fees for the rescheduled payment. Condor continues to focus on discovering major new mineral deposits in Peru through its exploration and royalty model.
