Condor Gold Issues Shares and Raises Capital

Condor Gold (GB:CNR) has released an update.

Condor Gold Plc has announced the exercise of 2019 Options by directors, consultants, and employees, resulting in the issue of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares and raising £220,000 in gross proceeds. Half of the new shares are being retained for long-term holding by directors and key personnel, while the remainder were immediately sold on the market. Notably, Chairman Jim Mellon and CEO Mark Child have increased their respective shareholdings, consolidating their investment in the company.
